Hey .. I'm not getting any mail from you guys!!
We are very sorry to hear that! Now there could be several reasons for this:
- You did not enter your email address correctly - most common reason. Just simply resubscribe with the correct email address. You should receive an email verification to that address confirming the subscription action.
(NOTE: Our system routinely verifies the subscription addresses. Bad addresses are purged, so don't worry about leaving a bad address on the system (we appreciate your thoughtfulness, though!)
- Your mail server might be down (or your mailbox is full). Send an email to yourself and see what happens.
- Our email is being blocked by your ISP (company you use to access the internet). Due to all the anti-spam settings, this may be the culprit. Some are more agressive than others and even though we never spam, our mailings may have been filtered as such. The downside is that if you are not receiving mail from us, chances are that you are missing mail from other folks as well! Many dial-up ISPs allow you to set the settings for email that you can receive. If so, you'll want to double check them. Please note that a few ISPs have taken their "anti-spam" crusade so far that your own mother couldn't send you email from her Hotmail account. (Don't get us wrong ... we HATE spam!!)
Here are a few ISPs that we noticed, border on the fanatical side of censoring your mail:
- COMCAST.NET
- cyberhighway.net
- mindspring.com
- usa.net
- AOL.com
