ECGRR Pays a Tribute to Volunteer Print E-mail

We're sorry to report some sad news regarding an ECGRR volunteer. Trudi Baumgaertner of Ponce De Leon passed away in October 2011 at the age of 76. Trudi gave her all to needy animals, and ECGRR was fortunate that she chose to volunteer her time to our cause.  In addition to the support she provided at Dog Daze and Bark In The Park, she will be fondly remembered for the 'Adopt Me' vests she made for the ECGRR dogs to wear at these and other events. Two of Trudi's dogs are up for adoption here on the ECGRR website. Oliver who is a wonderful black lab and Sandy Paws who is a sweet golden and lab mix.

Trudi around 24 years old
