9-12-2010 Update: Maggie attended the Petsmart Adopt-a-thon at the Pace store and here's what everyone thought of her: "Maggie is a very mello and sweet lady.(Grand Dam) Maggie just sat back and took it all in, but didn't participate too much with the other dogs. She was not bothered by them, just indifferent. Maggie would do great as an only dog (spoiled rotten) or with a dog close to her age and temperment. *(mello, sweet, relaxed) you know, just chillin out with her people! Maggie was well recieved by all of us! She touched all our hearts and needs a family that just likes to hang out and chill. She is not very active, but she loves to hang out with her foster family." 
| Meet Miss Maggie. She is an 11 year-old female that appears to pure Golden. Her family is moving up north and are unable to locate a home that would allow dogs. She came to them as a rescue dog in 2000. Maggie has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccines. She is also house trained. She would do best in home as the only dog. Although she does well with children, they should be older childern who would understand she is a senior. Also, Maggie should be in a home where there are no cats. If you think you could give Miss Maggie the right home fill out the online adoption application and mention her by name. |
