Torrie Print E-mail

Nine-Year-Young Female

"Did you call me?"

Torrie is a recent owner surrender. Due to personal circumstances, the owners can no longer care for her.

Torrie is a sweet, 30 pound nine-year-old golden mix. Don't let her age fool you; she is unusually healthy for her age.  Torrie is a bit cautious, but overall very friendly. She is on heartworm preventative. She has a flea allergy, but not severe if keep on a flea preventative.

"I'm watching the world go by."

"He's got that photo album out again!"

Torrie gets along great with little children. She has never really been exposed to older children and other dogs. She seems to be drawn to older people. We're not sure what her reaction to cats will be.

Although Torrie likes to walk she is pretty much laid back dog. She doesn't care to play with toys or bones. She only knows sit and stay, but is smart enough to learn other commands if someone is willing to spend time with her. More importantly, she knows to not jump on people.

"Did you say cookie?"

If you think you can give Torrie the loving and deserving home that she deserves in her senior years, please fill out an application at www.ecgrr.com and mention her by name.
