My name is Sonnie Dayz and I am an AKC registered Labrador Retriever. I am 6 ½ years young and a big lovable girl weighing in at about 120lbs. I am healthy though. I just need to get my girlish figure back.

My owner reluctantly surrendered me but with the current economy she will have to relocate and I will need a new home. She made sure I had food and treats.  I should probably cut back a little. Maybe you could help me.

I have many good qualities. I love water, kids, car rides, and people in general. I get along with other dogs, and sometimes I tell my owner if I think my playmates are being mischievous. I even get along with cats.

I am an inside dog but I need some exercise. Some nice walks would be fun to get me back into an exercise routine but right now I get winded pretty quick so we would have to take it slow. I love attention and being near my people but if I have to be alone sometimes I always behave. I won’t tear anything up and I am totally housebroken.

There is one thing that I do not like, and that is loud noises. Thunder really scares me, it makes me cry sometimes and I will try to hide from it.
