3 year old female
ADOPTED!

Jessie is a large 3 year old spayed female who is being surrendered because her owners can no longer care for her.  Because of her living situation, she hasn't been socialized very much with other people or dogs, so it takes a few minutes for her to start wagging her tail, but once she feels comfortable she's fine.  Unfortunately, Jessie has been taunted by children in the past so(living next to a school) so she doesn't appear to be comfortable with children.  Initially, Jessie needs to approach you first, when she's comfortable.

Because she's not gotten much exercise lately, she's become quite plump so she'll need someone who will be able to ignore those pleading eyes and put her on a diet.
Jessie will be a great dog for the right family.  She needs someone that can spend time with her to build up a trusting relationship and show her that people, children and other dogs can be friend not foe.  She'll need lots of exercise and reduce food to get her weight down.

If you think that you're the one who can show Jessie how wonderful the world can be, please complete an adoption application and mention her by name.
