ADOPTED!!

Topper is an adorable four month old puppy who had a very rough start in life.  He and his sister were seized from a backyard puppy mill and taken to a kill shelter where they almost died from mange.  When we contacted the shelter about them, we were told that we didn't want to get these puppies as they probably wouldn't survive. 

Unfortunately, both pups came down with parvo as well and Topper's sister didn't make it.  Topper, however, is doing well, and is now looking for a forever home with someone who will make sure that his early struggles are forgotten and he becomes the wonderful companion that he deserves to be!

Topper is in foster care now and learning how to interact with people and live in a house.  He's a little scared of new stuff as he's spent most of his short life in a kennel situation, but each day he gets a little more acclimated to home life.  His puppy side is coming out, and as you can see, he's great with kids.  He's just a sweet, adorable baby!

We're not 100% sure that Topper is a purebred Golden, but it's hard to tell because his hair is growning in after having mange.  He's certainly got the Golden disposition.  If you think that you can give this sweet boy a wonderful happily ever after, please complete an adoption application and mention him by name.
