Ben

The Dawson's first rescue in November 2000, Ben (aka DeAngelo) was an owner turn in. A young man moved out on his own and just had to have a dog. Brought Ben into his life and lost his lease 3 months later. Mom and Dad wouldn't let their son return home with DeAngelo so he was summarily abandoned at PAWS. We found him that same day and our lives changed forever. A textbook Golden personality, he has willingly shared his yard, his pool, his tennis balls and us, as we fostered several more Golden boys and girls since. He's a great companion and friend and the reason we got involved with Golden rescue.
