Heres the deal. You need a dog. He needs a home.  Problem solved!

Thor is a handsome and energetic but peaceful guy, who we bailed out of doggy jail in early May, where he’d been since Feb ’08.  Boy, was he happy to be out!  He is current on all shots, recently neutered, and heartworm negative.  We think he’s pretty cool, and KNOW he’s going to be a great family member.  

Want to go for a ride? Thor’s your dog!  Want to hang out and watch the game or your favorite movie?  Thor’s right there with you, relaxed as can be!  He’s a sucker for attention, and just laps up the love! Praise and affection are his favorite rewards.  He’s fully housebroken, though he is kennel trained and goes in peacefully if needed.  He dealt with recent stormy weather with no problem, so doesn’t seem to be thunder phobic.  He has taken to anyone that meets him and wants to play with other dogs, though that one in the mirror barked back... Cats are another matter--those and other little furries we do not suggest. Overall his manners are good and he has great spirit. We’ve been working on “no jumping” and he’s doing much better.  Thor has been great with children he meets, but he is rather strong so very small children may not be a great idea.  It doesn’t seem he’s had much opportunity to play ball, as he has the chase part down, but retrieve is another matter.  But he does love to run and play and would love to have a chance to learn anything you want to teach him.
