Please meet Chloe, an 11 year old female who was regretfully surrendered to ECGRR when her companion moved to an assisted living facility.  Chloe is an absolutely beautiful and lovable girl who will steal your heart with her wonderful personality.  Her foster family says she's great and they're working hard to trim a few pounds so that she can regain her youthful figure.  Chloe is getting to walk every day and play with her foster brother who is an ECGRR alumni!
