Buddy B is a 6 year old male who was dropped off at a local veterinary clinic.  Fortunately, the kind folks there recognized that there was a Golden under the dirty, malnourished animal that was left on their doorstep, and contacted one of our volunteers who immediately made arrangements to bring him home and give him some TLC.  He had a number of minor physical problems due to neglect that are clearing up, and amazingly, he is heartworm negative.  He's still pretty thin and we think he might be a bit prematurely grey because of his prior life.   

Buddy B's foster family reports that he walks well on a leash and LOVES to be handled.  He's been bathed and has even had a manicure and pedicure.   Although Buddy is tolerant of other dogs, it seems that he might prefer being spoiled as an only dog!  He's pretty sure that he wants all the food after being hungry for so long.
