Sebastian was picked up from a kill shelter.  He was found, with his buddy Cash (also available for adoption!),  standing along I-10 over their 3rd Golden Friend that was dead ... obviously hit by a car.  Both boys are were pretty bad shape, but are well on the mend and very happy to "be out of jail."   Sebastian, a five year old male is ready to put his adventures of the Interstate behind him.  He is an affectionate dog that follows his foster Dad everywhere!   He gets along well with other dogs, including his 14 year old small doggie aunt!   He has been doing some swimming in his foster home during the warmer weather  and is learning to be off leash.  His favorite pastimes are playing and retrieving.  Sebastian seems to do fine with children, however at his foster home he doesn't have the chance to see them often.  His foster family reports that he did very well on a trip to PetSmart, but sadly there were no children for him to interact with during his outing!   Sebastian's adoptive family has to  be patient with him, because  life on the road taught him to sleep with one eye open! :)   He is learning to wind down in the evening and sleep through the night.  But most importantly, his health is improving daily!!   If you are interested in making Sebastian part of your family, please fill out an adoption application and mention him by name.
